A few months ago, the Ikadustries building was demolished to let place a new building but it's plot was removed months later. The Ikadustries has moved to the WTC mall and has yet to open.

A few months ago Mat's Diner has opened in the abandoned lab building. You can go eat there!
The lab building was opened for experienced people only on September 9th 1965 but closed in 1987 due to an explosion in the lab. It has then been abandoned but Matis the owner of Mat's Diner bought the property to open his restaurant. Customers say they smell something weird and the bookshelf is out of place...

It still hasn't yet completed but Ikarius says companies may start taking floors as it has alot of vacancy. He stated they could start operations as the lobby construction continues.
